Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients:

Milk, any type (1 cup)

Chia seeds (¼ cup)

Sugar or honey (2 Tbsp)

Yogurt (1 cup)

Fruit, any type (1 cup)

Nuts, any type (¼ cup)

Granola bar or cereal to sprinkle on top, if desired

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the milk, chia seeds, and sugar/honey. Let stand for 10 minutes to allow the seeds to swell.

  2. Mix in the yogurt until combined.

  3. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or preferably overnight. The pudding thickens more the longer it sits.

  4. Stir the pudding and divide it into 4 serving bowls or jars.

  5. Store in the refrigerator.

  6. To serve, top with chopped fruit, nuts, granola bar pieces, or cereal.
