Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients: 

2 Tablespoons of Chia Seeds

1/2 c. Milk 

1/2 c. Yogurt

Optional: fresh fruit, frozen fruit, crushed granola bar, peanut butter

Instructions: 

  1. Mix milk and chia seeds together
  2. Add yogurt on top of mix
  3. Let sit in fridge overnight
  4. Add toppings and enjoy!
