Yogurt Parfaits

Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons of Chia Seeds
1/2 c. Milk
1/2 c. Yogurt
Optional: fresh fruit, frozen fruit, crushed granola bar, peanut butter
Instructions:
- Mix milk and chia seeds together
- Add yogurt on top of mix
- Let sit in fridge overnight
- Add toppings and enjoy!
